The panel will be moderated by Producer & Director, Stacey Nash, and include Darlene Stimac (Head of Production at BVK), Tiffany Pua (Television Producer & Director at Milwaukee PBS), Rubin Whitmore (Fiction Film Producer & Director), Chip Duncan (Documentary Film Producer & Director), and Steven Phillip (Music Video Producer & Director).

Darlene Stimac – Executive Producer, Head of Production at BVK
With over 25 years of experience in advertising, Darlene has worked on both the creative and account management sides of the business landing as an Executive Producer and the Head of Production at BVK, one of the countries Top 25 independent advertising agencies. Darlene’s approach to producing mirrors her background, working to find balance between creativity and reality without compromising the final product or straying from the strategy.
Darlene’s strength as a multimedia producer has resulted in a litany of award-winning integrated campaigns or a diverse mix of brands in the travel and tourism industry, higher education, healthcare and cause marketing. Work she has produced has won numerous industry awards including the One Show, Communication Arts, Radio Mercury Awards, Graphis as well as several Best of Show honors in Milwaukee’s local ad competition.
Tiffany Pua – Television Producer & Director at Milwaukee PBS
Tiff Pua is an Emmy-award winning producer and director for Milwaukee PBS. Her monthly program “The Arts Page” is part of “Milwaukee PBS Presents” and showcases local, regional, and national art and artists. Under her direction, the show has garnered multiple awards for storytelling of the life and work of the artists in southeastern Wisconsin. Tiff’s career has spanned the range of media including copy editing for books and magazines, still photography for local newspapers, project management for interactive media, and working her way up from being a Master Control Operator to live newscast director for local news affiliates in Illinois and Missouri. She’s even taught the fundamentals of broadcast media at Marquette University and the Milwaukee School of Engineering. She is currently the series producer for “Cook.Plate.Dine.”, a new culinary series exploring what it takes to go through cooking school at Milwaukee Area Technical College. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Benedictine University, and a Master of Arts from Marquette University.
Rubin Whitmore – Fiction Film Producer & Director
Rubin Whitmore II, an American media maker and scholar, he is a product of the MTV generation and has amassed numerous awards for short films and music videos. He has lectured and instructed at numerous colleges across the USA. He currently is producing his seventh feature film set in Wisconsin and continues to edit nationally distributed feature length films. Rubin currently resides in Milwaukee, USA.
Chip Duncan – Documentary Producer & Director
Chip Duncan is a filmmaker, author, photographer and President of The Duncan Group, Inc., a documentary production company formed in 1984. Duncan has filmed in more than forty countries. His documentary television specials and series have won more than 125 national and international awards. Broadcast networks include PBS, HBO, Discovery, TLC, Showtime, Lifetime and Sundance Channel.
Steven Philip – Music Video Producer & Director
Steven Philip (Philly) is a Milwaukee grown Music Video director with 24 of his music videos being aired on MTV 10 of which were Video Of the Week. He’s worked with everyone from T.I. to J. Cole and Kendrick Lamar to name a few, not only does he direct but he produces shoots colors and edits all his own work.
